Tanja counsels individuals in private practice, supervises teams and ngo´s and organisational projects, and facilitates conflicts and group processes since 2007. Together with her husband Dr Achim Goeres she is director of the Hanuman Institute Berlin and of the board of ProTiDe e.V., an association for the promotion of Deep Democracy in Germany.

Tanja studied at the universities of Zurich (CH) and Bielefeld (D) and graduated with a Ph.D. in History from Sussex University (GB). She has published five books and many articles on anti-Semitism research and memoirs of the Holocaust, on the Nazi period, Jewish history, Swiss and German history of the 20th Century as well as on women's history.
On the basis of her training as an historian and the knowledge of deep-reaching transgenerational consequences of collective experiences of trauma Tanja conducts historical and process-oriented workshops on family history for people of second and third generation after National Socialism and the Holocaust. She supports people to overcome the transgenerational effects and trauma of that time. Together with Polish colleagues, in 2011 she initiated an intercultural group with whom she explores the heritage of Polish-German relations.
She feels at home in intercultural contexts, drawing on her experiences in relation to rank and gender dynamics and with the knowledge that a good sense of humour is an important resource (provided by improvisation theatre). For many years she has learned Creative African Dance under Elsa Wolliaston, allowing her a deep encounter with herself. The longing for completeness and being one with oneself is marking another trail in her life. In this, placing trust in the longing for fulfilment as well as in the soul’s wisdom is both engine and anchor at once.

Lena Aslanidou is a Social Worker and a Certified Process Worker. From a young age she was interested in human experiences, remembering herself spending hours under a bush in her back yard and contemplating life. She doesn't know if the content of those thoughts were important, but she remembers a sense of euphoria and calmness, a sense she is still looking for as a guide in life. As a teenager she did volunteer work with groups of children with special needs.

Her first quests led her to study Social Work at the University in Athens, and later be trained in General Systems Theory and its Applications on Human Sciences at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos. After completing her studies she worked with pre-school children and later on as a councilor for families and individuals at the Psychiatric Department of the General Hospital of Athens.

She first came across Arnold Mindell's work and Process Work in 1990. This was an important moment in her life because, for the first time, she found an organized system of thought, which could be applied to all issues of human experience, political, psychological and spiritual. The enthusiasm of this discovery lead her to Portland, Oregon, to study Process Work.

Since 1997 she has returned to Greece, where she works in private practice. Her main interest in working with people is in accessing the sense of freedom from which each person can express their wholeness, and the connection of the spiritual dimension to everyday consciousness and life.

Lena loves her times of solitude and nature is her true home. Lately, in addition to exploring her relationships to people, she is also exploring her relationship to animals, spending a lot of time with her beloved dog, Athina.

During her stay in Oregon, USA, she participated in the staff of the Intensive Course in Process Work, as well as the Extreme State Clinic (focusing on extreme states of consciousness), the Lava Rock Clinic (focusing on body symptoms), Worldwork and Conflict Resolution Seminars, organized by the Global Process Institute.

I live and work in Bristol where I run a practice for individual clients. My other areas of interest
and practice are to do with community forums that facilitate interaction that furthers sustainable
and creative community, especially in the area of cultural diversity. A new research area for me is
the relationship between child and parent focussing on the creative potential for both parent and child.

My main focus is working with individuals, helping people find their personal power & inner freedom. I love working with dreams, and I am also passionate about LGBTQ+ issues. I enjoy writing so for many years I have been publishing texts on my Polish website, recently I am trying to do the same in English, as a way to educate & spread awareness. In my time away from work I take photos, play my guitars & enjoy the world with my partner and my dog.

In my own learning path I am especially moved by themes connecting the body and the global dreaming field, diversity marginalisation and leadership, and our individual and collective paths of heart.

I'm an RSPOPUK diploma-holder working as a therapist, trainer and facilitator. I specialise in working with sexual and gender minorities and deliver training on LGBT+ awareness, mostly for public sector organisations. I also do bespoke training around diversity, equality and conflict. The other big part of my public life is environmental issues: I used to be an environmental geologist and I'm now involved in the Transition Towns movement, supporting projects with process-oriented eco-psychology and facilitation training. I'm always interested in contacting other process workers involved in any of these fields. A current but not-yet-landed interest is in researching what process work has to offer the worlds of polyamory and kink and what those worlds and practises have to offer to process work.

Biography: Clare Hill Dip.POP, Dip SLT. (UKCP Accred.)Clare graduated as a speech and language therapist from University College London in 1972, fascinated by what so-called 'disorders' were actually trying to communicate. The journey to support and unravel signals rather than just to make people's communication styles 'normal' took her on a journey which led her to Process Work, or Process Oriented Psychology in 1988. Clare has worked extensively in a variety of contexts, including managing the speech and language therapy department in the Mental Health Unit of NHS Lothians from 1989- 1991, and being part of Dundee University's White Top Centre, a research-based centre of excellence for people with complex learning difficulties. She has been a member of faculty of the Research Society for Process Oriented Psychology UK from 1996 – 2009 and spear-headed the team developing the training to meet accreditation by UKCP. Clare was the co-president of the International Association of Process Oriented Psychology from 2010 - 2012, and is currently still a member of the IAPOP Board. Together with her partner, Conor, also a Process Worker, they spent 6 months working with domestic violence in Belize in 2008. Conor and Clare are currently members of Process Work Partnership, and part of faculty of the International School of Process Work Russia, and also of POPI - training in Process Oriented Psychology in Slovakia. Clare has a private practice in Edinburgh and lives in a deeply rural part of the Scottish Borders. Her past-times include walking, gardening and being a grandmother!

Waynelle M. Wilder, M.A., became a Process Work Diplomat in 1987 and is current President of the Research Society for Process-Oriented Psychology (RSPOP) founded in Denver, CO, USA in 1987, which hosted WorldWork 2011. Melissa Martin, SPHR, received her B.B.A. in Business Management from University of Texas at San Antonio (1986) and a Master’s degree in Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change from the Process Work Institute (2011). After starting her career in Accounting, Melissa increased the scope of her responsibilities as Manager of Administration at Right Management – Florida/Caribbean, an international human resource consulting firm. At Right, Melissa established the accounting, human resources and administrative functions and earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
During this time, Ms. Martin also co-founded Blue Water Yacht Charters and Sailing School which received consistent recognition for quality from the American Sailing Association as the Southeast School of the Year. After selling BWSS, Melissa returned to a corporate position at Kemper National Services, a division of Kemper Insurance companies. She progressed through the HR department and focused on human capital management. After 4 years at Kemper, Melissa resigned to fulfill a long term goal and sailed the Caribbean with her spouse, while home schooling their children.
Upon returning to South Florida, Melissa was hired by Kaplan Inc. as a generalist to establish the Human Resources function for their exponentially growing online College, now Kaplan University. She spent 9 years progressing at this international education company as a member of the senior HR team, implementing best practices and technology solutions across the US and the UK. In my best moments, my greatest aspiration is to create experience and learning for others that results in more freedom…freedom to express, freedom to create, freedom to impact desired change. I am currently on a quest to gain full fluency in Spanish through leadership development work in Latin America and Spain. My work as a senior consultant and faculty member for the Coaches Training Institute gives me the opportunity to lead the Co-Active Leadership Program in Sitges, Spain, and I travel frequently to Bogotá, Colombia in my role as co-founder and partner of Coaching Hall International. I often use the Leadership Circle Profile assessment in my work with leaders, and lead the certification training for other practitioners of this amazing tool, and am affiliated with the Full Circle Group.

Amy is in private practice in Portland, Oregon and teaches with Arny in many countries around the world. She has written many books and articles, and is best known for her book, "Metaskills, the Spiritual Art of Therapy", which examines the important role of feeling skills in the work of therapists/facilitators.

Amy is also a musician and songwriter, puppet maker, artist, and dancer, and is passionate about exploring the application of process work to these creative modalities, coma work, and the therapist's unique style.

Arny Mindell developed process work or what is called today, “process oriented psychology” (p.o.p.), in the mid 1970's. Beginning with Taoism, physics and Jungian psychology, by the 1990’s he expanded process work to include quantum theory and deep democracy, a deeper form of democracy that applied to all states of consciousness for individuals and groups. Now process work applies to individual therapy, body problems, coma and near death experiences, large group, and organizational change management.

Arny is in private practice in Portland, Oregon, and teaches with Amy in many places. He is known for his development of the “dreambody” and “process work” (process oriented psychology). He is the author of 20 books in 23 languages, including Dreambody, The Shaman’s Body, Quantum Mind, Quantum Mind and Healing, and ProcessMind. Arny has an M.S. from M.I.T., was a Jungian training analyst, and has a Ph.D. in psychology. He is also known in the area of conflict management for his Sitting in the Fire and for his integration of psychology and physics, work on dreams, bodywork, relationships, and for interventions in near death situations. His newest work is the ProcessMind, A User’s Guide to The Mind of God.

Cathy operates from a core belief that the wisdom and answers to all the challenges we encounter in being alive and being human lie within each individual, or within the systems of a relationship, team or organization. Ingrid’s guiding inspiration for her life work stems from her history of growing up in South Africa, where as a child, perceiving the injustice around her, she decided early on to devote herself to individual and social change. Lolo Haha (he/him) is a counselor, equity consultant, conflict mediator, and social justice theatre director based in Portland, Oregon. Pierre moved to Portland from Switzerland for his love of Process Work. Will Hall, MA DiplPW, has studied Process Work since 1996 and received his diploma in 2011.

Recovered from a diagnosis of schizophrenia, Will works internationally with professionals and patients around extreme states and mental health, and uses altered states as a pathway for spiritual and social liberation.

Will is queer and mixed race Choctaw Indian, and works frequently with trauma empowerment for marginalized groups, including power and rank dynamics in individuals, couples, families, and groups.

His community development organizing includes peer support, rights advocacy, and hosting Madness Radio, and he has worked with grassroots organizations in Europe, Latin America, and Canada as well as across the US. Will has studied dance and Action Theater, and is a longtime meditator, yoga practitioner, and a certified NADA acupuncturist.

Will is also training with Jaakko Seikkula and colleagues at the Institute of Dialogic Practice and received a training certificate in Open Dialogue, where he is developing Open Dialogue applications within process-oriented approaches.
